Yes, requests are really unlimited! Once you are our client, you can add as many requests in your queue as you like. Your tasks will then be delivered one after another and you can keep adding more.

The main difference between this is that on the growth plan we only work on existing pages (or new pages based on an existing template) – hence this is most suitable for smaller clients that mainly only require content updates. Whereas our Scale plan covers pretty-much any kind of Webflow development work, including custom code, integrations, bespoke animations and interactions etc., and is perfect for fast-growing startups and sales/marketing-focused businesses.

The turnaround time for completion of your project depends on the task complexity, but it usually takes us 1-3 business days to start working on your request.

Apart from direct comments in your client dashboard when uploading requests, you will have a private Slack channel where you can communicate directly with us.

Yes, with the "Scale" plan we can offer Figma UI design support. Unfortunately, these services aren't included in the "Growth" package. However, if you're currently on "Growth" and need design assistance you can either upgrade to the "Scale" plan for a specific period to access comprehensive design services, or discuss fixed rates for your project.

You will retain full ownership of all the designs and development work that is completed in your subscription.

Great question! To begin with, hiring a full-time senior-level designer can be quite costly, not to mention the time and effort required for onboarding. Additionally, you might not always have a continuous stream of design work, meaning you'd be paying for their time even when you don't have tasks for them. With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for the work when you actually have projects.

These packages are often taken after a fixed rate project for a design and build. However, the "Scale" plan can be used for a complete design and build. Depending on the size of the site it tends to require a minimum monthly commitment. This would be discussed early and an agreement made.  

If you find that you don't have enough work to fill an entire month, you can take advantage of the option to pause your subscription. Our billing cycles are based on 1 month. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 20 days and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold, and you'll have the remaining days of service that you can use at any time in the future. (within 6 months). Pausing is limited per a month, it's not design to be paused frequently.

Due to the high-quality nature of our work, we do not issue refunds.

Yes, these could be arranged and requested within your subscription as tasks. We would need to schedule a time and date.

Yes, although we are experienced in many creative departments, we only focus on Webflow design and development support within this subscription. We do not cover print design, packaging design, document design (decks, forms, etc) and development outside of Webflow. However, we maybe able to assist with visual identity and logo design as an additional agreed cost.
